Requisite Experience- 2 years- 5 years

Qualification - Degree/Diploma In IT, MCA/ BCA

Location - Vidyavihar (Mumbai)

Job Profile -

1.     To manage all software, Websites, online portals

2.     Troubleshooting- Will include troubleshooting of all softwares, portals

3.     Training- Will conduct ongoing training of all softwares.

4.     Implementation of new modules/features of software when new version is released.

5.     Understanding the requirement of software from users and providing a solution if possible.

6.     Support- Will be the first level support for all softwares, online portals and websites

7.     Understanding the functioning of all softwares, websites, online portals and its flow.

8.     Testing of new softwares and/or features

9.     Skillset -  php, SQL, mySQL, Python with good communication skills. Knowledge of testing is also preferred.
