Conclusions from Statistical Analysis:-

  1. Except “Attitude” all other traits are ranked between average and good for all departments except IT and COMP. So some training in Personality Development is needed o be given to students.
  2. Laboratory setup for online test conduction is rated between poor and average except IT and COMP. So urgent steps are required.

Two open ended questions are asked in feedback  form namely Any other comments you want to share about students and faculty and what made you to decide to visit KJSCE for recruitment. Summery is given below.

Some Comments we should work on it:-

  1. Basic Concepts should be cleared.
  2. Need to stress on communication skills and more polished in communication.
  3. Oral English Communication needs to be worked upon the areas like assertiveness and confidence.
  4. Need of opaque GD room.

Some Comments we must be proud of:-

  1. Best or among top 5 engg. Colleges in Mumbai, Reputation and “BRAND” Somaiya brought us here for recruitment.
  2. Alumni of this college are working with us with good performance.
  3. Students and their knowledge is good.
  4. Overall facilities and support from Placement Cell I good.
