Team KJSSE Robocon is the official robotics team of K. J. Somaiya School of Engineering, representing the institute at the prestigious DD Robocon, a national-level robotics competition. In July 2025, the team proudly competed at IIT Delhi, where they showcased their innovation, teamwork, and technical expertise. Among several participating institutes across the country, Team KJSSE stood out by winning 1st place in the MathWorks Modeling Award, a recognition for excellence in system design and implementation. The team was also acclaimed for the best utilization of MATLAB and ROS, applied to the year’s basketball-themed challenge. With a passion for problem-solving and engineering creativity, Team KJSSE Robocon continues to push boundaries in robotics, combining mechanical design, electronics, and programming. Beyond competitions, the team strives to inspire future engineers, strengthen industry connections, and create opportunities for collaboration through sponsorships, knowledge-sharing, and impactful technological solutions.
