Job Description

 

Qualification:

  • PhD and / or Chartered Accountant

Required Experience: As per norms and guidelines of SVU 

Salary:As per SVU norms for Assistant Professor 

Facilitating Course in MBA programmes: Making syllabus & session plans, teaching Plan, designing assignments & projects; Facilitating Classes for courses across the Programmes through appropriate pedagogy; setting Question papers , Internal & External Evaluation; Moderation of end term evaluation

Research: Expected to write & submit cases & research papers to appropriate conferences and Journals. Participate and or conduct Management Development Programmes and Faculty Development Programmes. Conduct Conference

Administrative Role: 
Membership of Committee at Department, Institute and University level. Conduct Round table, Panel Discussions etc Managing Events working with team of faculty colleagues, staff and student volunteers.

External Connect: Participate in events of the University and also connect with practitioners in the industry for student projects, consultancy, sponsorship of institute events, inviting industry experts for varied events.

  •  Good communication skills, Faccilitation skills, Research aptitude and who is well versed with MS Office and data management.
