Job Description

 

Qualification: 

  • MBA from tier 1 B school
  • PhD in Management Consulting &/ or Strategy from IIT/IIM/IISc/SPJIMR/NITIE/NMIMS/Symbiosis

 

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years corporate experience after the MBA,  
  • Worked in the areas of  Strategy and Management Consulting in organizations

 

Job Description:                                                                                                                                                

  • Facilitate courses on Strategy and Management Consulting
  • Conduct Management Development Programmes.
  • Publish research in the area in the ABDC listed journals.
  • Conduct consulting assignments from organizations in the area. 
  • Obtain & execute grants for research in the area.
  • Lead & engage in administration responsibilities (evaluation, examination, committees and taskforces among others).

Key Skills

 

  • The corporate experience should be in the areas of either Finance, Marketing, Strategy or Management Consulting. 
  • This applicant would need to be a resource person for MDP (Executive Education) and Consulting. 
  • The applicant also would need to have research papers in the area of Strategy and Management Consulting.
