Qualification: Diploma, Graduation preferred

Required Experience: 2+ years’ experience in a clerical/administrative position

Job Description: 

  • Perform routine clerical duties in support of the administrative office.
  • Communicate and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, teachers, and other staff.
  • Type 40 words per minute with speed and accuracy, take customized print and write legibly.
  • Assist in preparing interoffice memos and drafting emails.
  • Reconcile department budget and generate reports.
  • Maintain the office filing system and retrieve material from files as requested.
  • Process appropriate paperwork to pay vendor invoices.
  • Perform general office duties, including faxing, copying, scanning and filing.
