Job Description

 

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with a minimum of 55%  of marks.

Required Experience: Minimum 2 Years Experience in a University/College or Industry.

1) Speed in English Typing @35 wpm7  Proficiency in Computer operations.
2) Candidates will assist in day-to-day administrative activities.
3) Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
4) Organize and maintain the office filing system.
5) Prepare reports, making travel arrangements, filing and organizing documents, recording minutes of meeting, Compile Documents and any other administrative tasks as assigned by the Director.
