4 to 5 years of Experience in planning Maintenance Operations, Sports complex/club desired.
Job Description:
To supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance and support of Eklavya building, Swimming pool, sports grounds, and courts under the purview of Somaiya Sports Academy.
Oversees staff installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining building systems, including mechanical, natural grass, artificial grass, electrical, IT, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management.
Tracking work orders and ensuring work follows established service and quality standards for completion.
Schedules and supervises preventative maintenance, painting, or carpentry projects.
Key Skills
Solid understanding of technical aspects of Civil, plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc. Working knowledge of Swimming Pool machines and equipment.
