Qualification:

Graduate

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience majorly in higher education space.
  • Must be ready for extensive travelling in areas assigned.
  • Should have good written and verbal communication.
  • Personal accountability for achieving high quality outcomes
  • Ability to deal with Senior stakeholders as well as connect with students
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of MS Excel. Candidates who are multi lingual will be preferrred

Job Description:

  • Conducts aggressive outreach in major Engineering, Science, Commerce and other colleges within their assigned region.
  • Analyse market trends and demographic data to identify target markets and develop outreach plans such as open house, motivational sessions etc.
  • Hosts webinars for potential students.
  • Coordinate with Admission Team for promotion and admission related material.
  • Required to achieve a set target for conducting a certain number of workshops, generating a quality database for nurturing.
  • Ensuring smooth GDPI process in their region.
  • Represent the institute at meetings, conferences, and other MBA events as needed in their region.
  • Support Admission Team with their operational work once the outreach activity is closed.
  • Apart from the above role, they will also be utilized in other work related to admission as per the requirement.
