This position is associated with the Faculty & Staff Development Centre (FSDC) at Somaiya Vidyavihar University

Qualification:

  • Postgraduate (preferably MBA) with experience in managing social media for an organization. Prior administrative experience in managing FDPs/MDPs and designing & marketing content (both online and offline) will be preferred. Proficiency in Excel, proofreading and social media analytics is desirable. 

Required Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in the education sector and has experience in administrative and marketing activities for FDPs or MDPs.  Freshers with a keen interest in administrative responsibilities in the training & development space.

Salary: 

  • Up to 7 LPA

 

Job Description:

  • Administrative responsibilities like brochure making, FDP ground level event management, feedback systems and documentation of FDPs conducted by FSDC. 
  • Responsible for content creation and management.
  • Database building with respect to FSDC's target audience.
  • Oversee and delegate social media marketing activities as part of capstone projects for students or interns, ensuring the quality and alignment with the center's goals on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and execute outreach programs in nearby educational institutions.

  • Administrative bent of mindset to manage the FDPs 
  • Skilled in creating visually appealing content for brochures and posters of FDPs 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet applications.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms and SEO techniques
