Ph.D. in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from reputed University/Institute.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with emerging technologies in supply chain management, such as Sustainability Supply Chain, AI, blockchain, IoT, or automation.
Active involvement in professional organizations and conferences related to operations and logistics.
Required Experience:
Proven teaching experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain management at the postgraduate level.
A strong research record with publications in reputable journals related to operations, logistics, and supply chain.
Industry experience in operations or logistics management is highly desirable.
Experience in supervising postgraduate-level research projects or theses.

Teaching:
Teach postgraduate courses in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and related subjects such as Production Management, Inventory Management etc.
Develop and update course content, including syllabus, case studies, and assignments, integrating the latest industry trends and practices.
Develop innovative pedagogy to ensure impacts on diverse students.
Research:
Candidate should lead research in chosen domain resulting in high impact publications research grants and collaborations.
Professional Practice:
Build strong ties with industry partners and organizations to keep the curriculum relevant and provide students with opportunities for internships, guest lectures, and live projects.
Contribute to executive education programs and corporate training in operations and supply chain management.
