Requisite Qualification :
Graduate/Post Graduate
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, Dharma studies or a related field.
Experience in program coordination, preferably in education or rural development.
Requisite Experience :
Experience working with rural school children in an educational or community engagement capacity
Prior involvement in workshops, or immersive learning experiences
Experience in facilitating engaging and interactive sessions for young learners
Effective coordination with different stakeholders
Managing operations effectively
Other specific required Skills for the Role :
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
Proficiency in google sheets, google forms & Canva
Willingness to travel frequently for field visits.
Job Description:
We seek a dedicated Education Program Coordinator to implement and track education programs in rural schools. The role involves coordinating with school leaders, managing logistics, conducting field visits, supporting training programs, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Implementation & Coordination
- Assist in implementing and tracking education programs in rural schools.
- Work closely with school leaders, teachers, and external partners to ensure program effectiveness.
- Support training programs and contribute to content development for educators.
- Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between internal teams and stakeholders.
2. Logistics & Administration
- Manage logistics, resource allocation, and administrative tasks related to program execution.
- Ensure timely procurement and distribution of necessary materials for schools.
- Maintain clear documentation of program activities and operational processes.
3. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
- Conduct regular field visits to assess program progress and challenges.
- Collect data, analyze impact, and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to enhance program outcomes.
4. Documentation & Communication
- Prepare and distribute monthly newsletters to update stakeholders on program activities.
- Assist in project documentation, ensuring accurate records of initiatives and outcomes.
- Develop reports, presentations, and case studies to showcase program impact.
