Learning Innovation Coach (Education Transformation Project)
Requisite Qualification :
Graduate/Post Graduate
Master's/Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Teacher Training, or a related field.
Certification in Teacher Professional Development, Experiential Learning, or Pedagogical Innovation (preferred).
Should have completed Teach For India Fellowship
Requisite Experience :
Minimum 2 years of experience in teacher training, curriculum implementation, or school leadership.
Experience in working with rural schools, understanding their unique challenges, and developing solutions.
Prior experience in training in-service and pre- service teachers in innovative teaching methodologies.
Other specific required Skills for the Role :
Expertise in teacher training and professional development.
Strong understanding of experiential learning and skill-based education.
Ability to implement innovative curriculum models in real-world classroom settings.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Learning Innovation Coach to lead innovative curriculum execution in rural schools by training in-service and pre-service teachers. This role focuses on facilitating hands-on teacher training, conducting innovative lessons, and ensuring effective implementation of immersive learning approaches in resource-limited settings.
Teacher Training: Conduct regular training sessions for in-service and pre-service teachers on innovative curriculum execution.
Curriculum Implementation: Support and oversee the execution of immersive, skill-based curricula in rural schools.
Planning & Conducting Lessons: Design and demonstrate innovative teaching lessons in rural classrooms to model best practices.
Monitoring & Feedback: Observe classroom practices, provide feedback, and refine teaching strategies for better implementation.
Collaboration with Schools: Work closely with school administrators and teachers to address challenges and enhance learning experiences.
Resource Development: Develop training materials, teaching aids, and instructional strategies suited for rural school contexts.
Community Engagement: Engage with local stakeholders, including parents and community members, to
ensure effective curriculum adoption.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports on training sessions, update website content, curriculum execution progress, and impact assessment.
