Requisite Qualification:

Master's/Bachelors degree in Education, Child Development, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.

Additional certifications in experiential learning, pedagogy, or instructional design (preferred).

Requisite Experience:

Expertise in curriculum design, instructional material development, teaching or experiential learning.

Expertise in integrating field trips, hands-on learning, and skill-driven methodologies into the curriculum.

Prior experience in collaborating with subject matter experts and educators for curriculum development.

Other specific required Skills for the Role:

Expertise in designing immersive, student-centered curricula.

Strong research and content development

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Curriculum Developer to design and develop experiential, field- based, and skill-driven learning curricula. This role involves creating immersive educational content, collaborating with experts, and ensuring high-quality curriculum implementation that enhances real-world learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Design and develop curriculum modules that integrate experiential learning, fieldwork, and skill-based education.

Collaboration with Experts: Work closely with subject matter experts, educators, and instructional

designers to create high-quality curriculum content.

Content Review & Editing: Ensure content accuracy, coherence, and alignment with educational objectives. Ranning & Conducting Lessons: Develop and deliver innovative teaching lessons in rural schools to demonstrate immersive learning techniques.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare curriculum guides, update website content, newsletters, and project reports to track progress.

Deadline & Target Management: Ensure timely delivery of curriculum materials and project milestones. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work with other departments to innovate and integrate experiential learning strategies across subjects.
