Qualification: ITI with NCTVT (I Class) Sheet Metal Trade (with knowledge of fabrication work)

Required Experience: Minimum three years of experience in a College or industry.

Salary: As per VIIth Pay Scale, Level S-8 Cell 1, Basic salary Rs 25500/- plus allowances as per SVU Norms. Total monthly emoluments - Rs. 36150/- approx..

Job Description:

• Apart from regular conduction of practical, the Instructor will provide necessary help for various students project.
• To assist the Foreman/ Workshop Superintendent for the smooth functioning of the workshop
• Arrangement of raw materials required for the conduct of practical in the workshop in consultation with Storekeeper/Foreman/ Workshop Superintendent
• Report matters concerning maintenance of equipment, theft, damage etc. to the higher authority.
• As a multi skilled instructor having knowledge of sheet metal and fabrication fitting, he/she will facilitate college to introduce sheet metal shop in the curriculum of FY/SY B Tech Mechanical Engineering subject in future.
• Any other works as assigned by Forman/ Workshop Superintendent / HOD.
