Job Description:

  • Program management -  Develops program strategies and goals, manages budgets, and plans, directs, and controls resources.
  • Student support - Counsels students, handles student complaints, and organizes extracurricular projects and social events.
  • Faculty support - Assists faculty with course preparation, logistics, and administrative support.
  • Communication - Manages academic communications to students, and responds to questions from faculty, staff, students, and outside agencies.
  • Event coordination - Assists with orientation/induction, graduation, leadership trainings, and other campus events.
  • Program evaluation - Executes on established tools and metrics for program assessment and evaluation.
  • Collaboration - Collaborates with faculty to develop academic projects and student study workshops.

  • Excellent written & oral communication skills Proficient in English Language people,s person Multitasker proficient in Excel skills.
