We are happy to announce that the Department of Electronics Engineering in association with IQAC-KJSCE Vidyavihar is conducting a Three Days Workshop on "Industry 4.0 & Smart Manufacturing" from February 2-4, 2023.

Overview:

This workshop focuses on Industry 4.0 which aims to introduce automated decision-making to increase productivity and enable the efficient production of goods. This workshop on Smart Manufacturing brings together cutting-edge technology like machine learning, the Internet of Things (IoT), and data analytics to understand the current transformation of the manufacturing sector. Ultimately the course is to motivate the faculty members/ researchers to utilize knowledge of Industry 4.0 and Smart manufacturing in their respective fields.

The college has the "Center of Excellence on Industrial Automation and Process Control" in collaboration with Festo, India Pvt Ltd. This center is ready to bridge the technological gaps between Industry and Academia. Facilities available in the center are Siemens PLC & HMI Training Modules, Industrial drives control, Modular Production Systems, Industrial Process control workstation, etc. 

Key Features:

Sessions will be conducted by distinguished speakers from the industry and hands-on sessions will also be conducted by eminent faculty members of KJSCE and Industry experts from Festo.
